N) all have their own resonance area in the body. Find out where OM affects you and how
chanting the mantra can improve your health.
A - Resonates in the chest area, heart, shoulders, upper back; corresponds with the
fourth chakra, the heart chakra, the pitch if F and the colors are pink and green.
O - Resonates in the upper below, the first part of the digestive track with all its organs,
including the stomach, liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, duodenum and small
intestine; also the solar plexus nerve center; corresponds with the third chakra, the solar
plexus chakra; the pitch is E and the colors are gold and yellow.
U - Resonates in the lower belly, the last part of the digestive tract, including the kidneys,
