I was born and raised in the small South Dakota town of Garretson. My interest in energy first
expressed itself in the study of Physics and Electrical Engineering. Soon I realized that wasn't
quite the right path for me, and in my confusion I left a zig-zagging trail across the United States in
search of something else. Eventually I discovered the beauty of energy as understood by Asian
medicine. After completing my studies I also realized that I hadn't been searching for a different
place but for a different mindset. I returned to my home state to set up my clinic, ready to share
what I had learned with the people here. Everything started to fall into place from there including
falling in love with my soul mate Rita. Together we have created our shared vision - The Butterfly
Rainbow Center.
