Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to help you advance your yogi
skills without doing harm to the body. Many props are used to support the body so that
poses may be held longer, allowing deeper levels to unwind. Mary's soothing voice and
presence will aid you on your journey inwards.
